  • 344 residential properties went under contract this past week. Great activity.
  • 257 single family homes went under contract this past week. Median LIST price $246k, $122/sqft.  9 under $100k. 13 over $1M, 1 of those over $2M. Median 27 CDOM. Median Yr Blt 2000
  • 10 (4%) of 257 single family homes that went under contract this past week were BANK OWNED FORECLOSURES or SHORT SALES.  Another 10% were new construction.  4 of 5 short sales in were in areas 31/32, 61-76
