Analysis of residential properties going under contract(contingent) during week of 9/2/16-9/8/16

  • 285 residential properties went under contract this past week. Slowing down just a little.  Will continue to slow slightly until February 2017.
  • 236 single family homes went under contract this past week. Median LIST price $249k, $122/sqft.  14 under $100k. 11 over $1M, 2 of those over $2M. Median 33 CDOM. Median Yr Blt 2002
  • 13 (6%) of 236 single family homes went under contract this past week BANK OWNED FORECLOSURES or SHORT SALES.  Another 11% new construction.  2 of 4 short sales in areas 31/32, 61-76
  • 28 island single family homes went under contract this past week.
